If someone buys a text link for one month on the site to accommodate SE - enough, or you may have to stay at least two months? Google will be alerted when someone removed the link? How long people will buy text links are the rules?
First, I do not recommend the purchase of text links for search engine optimization (SEO) is. Although the practice is widespread and relatively safe until a few years ago, in 2008, Google made a special effort to fight.
Its goal is to make your job search algorithm as efficiently as possible to ensure that, if your search engine to find exactly what I was looking for. That is what we in the economy, in the end.

The answer depends on your goals.
Some people just want a site indexed faster. In this case, buying the bonds of trust to the site within a month should be enough (for which, in fact, a link to buy a couple of days, you have already indexed).
If your goal is that your ranking on the search for key words, and their total organic movement, but it is necessary that the paid links to live permanently.
Why? As Google constantly monitor links to your site for conversion rate the overall level of confidence. Suppose you have an article about "Superman comic book that space" on page 2 of Google's request. Then you buy a text link on a Web site popular comic book, and it increases your link to the main second result on Google.
